At SquaredAssembly, each piece is made with love and care, so we kindly ask that you choose your items thoughtfully. Because everything is handmade to order, we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect choices.
Something not quite right?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty (oh no!), please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Here’s what to do:

Include your order number and a few clear photos showing the damage or fault.
We’ll take it from there and work with you to make it right.
Important Notes:

All items must be inspected as soon as they arrive. If something’s not right, we must be notified within 24 hours—no exceptions.

We can’t take responsibility for damage reported outside this timeframe.
